Women Tour Uganda is a local Ugandan company, owned and run by women, it employs 90% women. Irene our Managing Director is a Solo woman traveler and understands the challenges of traveling alone as a woman to a foreign country.

Irene or another Female guide will always be with you through out the safari even during the gorilla trek. She will go with you everywhere and you will do all the activities together. she is naturally gifted with nurturing people and she loves taking good care of our solo women travelers.

We take care of everything from the time you arrive at the airport and leave Entebbe airport, No hidden costs. We always have a professional male driver. Every national park we get you a Uganda wildlife guide to tell you about that National park during the game drive and to ensure our safety as we enjoy the animals.

We decided to serve solo women travelers in all our safaris in order to encourage them to travel and meet other solo women travelers as a group because life is too short to sit and wait for someone to travel with.

We have Solo women traveler group scheduled safaris for women only and private safaris.
